Christopher Wielenga
Chris comes from a family of self-starting business-oriented professionals and athletes. He was a junior hockey semi-professional across Canada. In 2018 regretfully he was in an accident that ended his professional career and decided to move into real estate. Passive income and investment properties were of particular interest to him. Eager to learn more, he enrolled in the Property Management Program offered at UBC in November of 2020 and received his License the following year.
In 2022 Chris, his Wife and kids moved to Edmonton and WPM Property Services Inc came to life. Chris, Mark and Phil together launched this division being in the business and seeing the opportunity for better PM’s.
Mark currently runs a property management division in BC that looks after 250 properties. Mark has been investing and managing since he was 18 when he bought his first townhome and started renting to his friends. Having earned some rapid appreciation, he travelled all through Europe, the USA and Canada. He currently still invests in real estate and is focused on building his property management business across Canada.
